  • Demonstrate knowledge of all food products and beer menu
  • Continuously develop beer knowledge through training and certification programs
  • Cultivate a fun, energetic environment within the store
  • Interact with all customers and employees in a positive manner
  • Promote and encourage the Notch Club to all customers
