Beer Buyer

Responsibilities

Financial

• Effectively order and maintain stock of all beer products
• Control costs through inventory management and portion control
• Assist General Manager in all bar related activities

Operations

• Cultivate effective and professional relationships with beer vendors
• Plan and execute steal-a-pint and other promotional events
• Plan, direct and execute social media interaction and promotion
• Plan and/or conduct regular training to further staff beer knowledge
• Order and control all aspects of Notch Club materials and Notch Shirts
• Plan and execute bi-annual Notch Club events, field trips, etc.
• Properly tag all new kegs and maintain all product in POS system
